- ORDERING
How do I place an order?
Select your item, choose the correct size, color or option where applicable, then click “Add to Cart”. Once you’re ready, follow the steps at checkout to complete your order securely.
Can I change my order after placing it?
We process orders as quickly as possible, so changes are not always guaranteed.

I haven’t received my order confirmation. What should I do?
First, check your spam or promotions folder. If you still can’t find it, contact us with the email address used at checkout and we’ll help you locate your order.
- SHIPPING & DELIVERY
How long does delivery take?
Estimated delivery time is 4–8 business days after processing.
Processing time: 1–3 business days
Shipping time: 3–5 business days
Total estimated delivery time: 4–8 business days
Orders are processed Monday to Friday, excluding weekends and public holidays.
Can I track my order?
Yes. Once your order has been shipped, you’ll receive a tracking link by email.

Do you offer free shipping?
Yes. AURA 17 offers free worldwide shipping during the current campaign.
Please note that delivery times may vary during busy periods, public holidays, carrier delays, customs processing or circumstances outside our control.
- RETURNS & REFUNDS
Can I return my order?
Yes. AURA 17 offers a 30-day return period after receiving your order.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be unworn, unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item received was damaged, defective or incorrect.
How do I start a return?

Please include your order number and the reason for your return request.
If your return is approved, we’ll send you the return instructions. Items sent back without prior approval may not be accepted.
When will I receive my refund?
Once your return has been received and inspected, we’ll notify you whether your refund has been approved.
If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or payment provider may need additional time to process and display the refund.

How do I know which size to choose?
Each product page includes size information or a size guide where available.
For the best fit, we recommend checking the measurements before ordering. If you’re between sizes or unsure, contact us and we’ll help you choose.
My size is sold out. Will it restock?
Some AURA 17 pieces are available in limited quantities.
If your size is no longer available, contact us and we’ll let you know if a restock is expected.

Please note that discount codes usually cannot be combined with other promotions, bundle offers or automatic campaign discounts unless stated otherwise.
