Every AURA 17 order is carefully prepared, checked, and handed over to the carrier with tracking details once shipped.

Orders are processed and shipped Monday to Friday, excluding weekends and public holidays.

Customs fees, import duties, taxes, original shipping costs, clearance fees, and return shipping costs are non-refundable.

If a shipment is refused due to customs charges or import costs, any related shipping, customs, clearance, or return costs will not be reimbursed.
