At AURA 17, we want every order to feel right. If something is not as expected, you may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it:

Unworn or unused  
With tags attached  
In its original packaging  
With proof of purchase or invoice  

Items that show signs of wear, use, damage, washing, alteration, or missing original packaging may not be accepted.

How to Request a Return

Please include your order number and the reason for your return request.

If your return is approved, we will send you the return instructions, including where to send your package. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Return Shipping

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item received was defective, damaged, or incorrect.

We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as AURA 17 cannot be responsible for returns that are lost or not delivered back to us.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives.

If your item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, contact us immediately at:

Please include your order number and clear photos of the issue so our team can review and resolve it as quickly as possible.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned, including:

Gift cards  
Final sale items  
Personalized or custom-made products  
Items worn, used, washed, altered, or damaged after delivery  
Items returned without approval  

For hygiene and quality reasons, some jewelry or accessory items may not be eligible for return once worn or removed from their original packaging.

Exchanges

The fastest way to receive a different item is to return your original order first.

Once your return has been approved, you may place a new order for the item you want.

Right of Withdrawal — European Union

If your order is shipped to a country within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 30 days of receiving it, for any reason and without providing justification.

The item must still be in the same condition as when received: unworn or unused, with tags attached, in its original packaging, and with proof of purchase or invoice.

Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please note that your bank or payment provider may need additional time to process and display the refund.
